Bangalore: A government Urdu school which is situated in the Jamia Masjid campus Ilyasnagar, Bangalore South is a true example of discipline, creativity and hard work. The school which was started in the year 1982  by a well know visionary and social server the late N.Syed Umar is attracting a large number of students not only from Ilyasnagar and the surrounding areas but also from areas situated at a distance of over seven kilometers such as Avalahalli.

Headmistress Sirajunnisa Inspiring the Creativity of the students to Evolve
The creativity of the students of this school is clearly visible when one visits the class rooms. Dozens of projects and charts adorn the classrooms in an artistic fashion. One painting by a child named Bilal gives a strong message condemning child labor and encouraging children to attend school. One more student, Nagina of seventh standard artistically makes a comparison between wealth and education with the painting of a balance scale.  Here she gives more importance to education rather than wealth. There are dozens of such paintings done by the students which not only exhibit their creativity but also give a powerful message for everybody.

Walls of the school put to the best possible use
The teachers of the school are innovative and come with new ideas that help the children to evolve. The teaching aids supplied by the education department too are systematically utilized for the betterment of the students.   Science exhibitions, art and craft exhibitions, training programmes for teachers are often held in this school.

Author, Educationist, Motivational Speaker and Environmentalist US Moinuddin who interacted with the school students said, “In India people underestimate government schools. We need to realise that many successful people such as Narayan Murthy, the founder of Infosys and former President of India, K.R.Narayanan too had studied in government schools.” The headmistress of the school Sirajunnisa said, “We have a group of committed and hardworking teachers who identify children that are not going to schools because of poor financial conditions of their parents. We request their parents to enroll them in our school so that their future is not ruined.” This school which is utilising every possible resource to give the best possible education to its students is a role model not only for other government schools but also to many private schools too.

US MOINUDDIN'S DREAMS, ACTION AND SUCCESS INSPIRING THE YOUNG AND THE OLD

DREAMS, ACTION AND SUCCESS
The first book of Indian author US Moinuddin, ‘Dreams, Action and Success’ has received remarkable appreciation from the public. The book was first published by Magnifique and subsequently by Prism.

A desire to feel important, a desire to have an identity of our own, a desire to become ‘successful’ in our chosen field of excellence, is predominant in all the human beings. When we talk about success, it means different things to different people. Interestingly, every individual has his own definition of success. For a tennis player it could mean winning the Wimbledon or any other Grand Slam title, for a film actor it could mean winning the Oscars, for a politician it could mean becoming the member of a parliament or the minister of a state. But beyond all our ambitions and desires, most of the people are unable to generate the results they dream of. The reason is that most of the people do not have the formula of becoming successful. In short, ‘Dreams, Action and Success’ provide its readers the recipe of becoming successful in their lives. This book caters to the needs of the young and the old and has a message for politicians, students, businessmen, house wives sports stars or any person who wants to make his life better.

The thirteen chapters of the book tackle the practical issues of day-to-day life which confront people of all age groups. In the first chapter titled 'The Beginning' the author narrates success stories of Soichiro Honda of Honda Corporation, Colonel Sanders of KFC, Narayan Murthy of Infosys, Nelson Mandela, Walt Disney and Mahatma Gandhi to name a few. The author justifies by saying, “if someone else can do it so can you.” Once the enthusiasm to read further is aroused, the second and subsequent chapters go on inspiring and providing strategies of generating successful results in our lives. The title 'Dreams, Action and Success' clearly states, every venture starts with a dream, and the dream should be accompanied by action. Finally, with your action follows success. Catchy titles of the chapters accompanied by inspiring quotes make it a very interesting read. If you want to develop a healthy relationship with people, or attain career success, or want to learn the formula of success, Dreams, Action and Success offers this and much more to the readers.
